I do not send you every listing. I send you a short list of properties that are handpicked based on your needs and wants that we spoke of in depth during our initial consult. Sometimes that means we narrow down to only 3 properties and it is match made, sometimes we fine-tune further as we are in-person searching and we see 20+ properties. We will get there. There is no rush; I have been here for over 20 years with another 20 to go. I always just want to make it the “right one,” as this impacts your financial future for years to come.

Typically we have responses up to 48 hours, now if we are in a multiple offer situation, my dialogue with the other agent is consistent and ongoing to assure that we have pt our best foot forward and I am communicating the wants and needs of the seller to see how it will aloign with our own as price is not always the most important determining factor.
